Studio features king size bed with an extra bed, dining table, kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster, water kettle and all the utensils. The bathroom is private for guests to use and it offers a shower, toilet, hair dryer, shampoos and toilet paper, towels, slippers, tooth brushes, etc. Studio has a lovely terrace, where you can enjoy your coffee or wine with family or friends.

When coming to Brežice from the direction of Ljubljana–Zagreb motorway, from the direction of Terme Čatež or from elsewhere, from the south to the north of Brežice, you cannot miss the greatest beauty of Brežice, the confluence of the Krka and Sava Rivers.

An idyllic view of the confluence opens from the bridge connecting the village of Čatež na Savi and Brežice. The popular spot, the so-called “Špica”, attracts nature lovers and photographs as well as every random visitor of Brežice. The bridge also offers a unique view of the bridge over the Krka and Sava Rivers.
The town of Brežice stand out as a historical jewel of architecture with many churches, castles, historic houses, museums and other characteristics giving it a unique seal of the past that will overwhelm and inspire you. On the other hand, unspoiled nature serves as a counterweight to the town and offers the possibility of retreating from all the hustle. There you will find a serene landscape with beautiful tourist sites in the middle of vast forests and grasslands.

The local bus station is just 200 metres away and the main train station is 3 kilometres from our property. You can also rent bicycles in Terme Čatež, which are a kilometre away.
