Great Place to Stay

We booked this property as it is very well located to get to know the western edge of Brittany. A maximum hour drive to all the fabulous coast locations, much of it closer, perfect. 15 minutes from Quimper.It is close to the motorway but the noise is not a problem at all. There is nowhere to eat or drink within walking distance, but this is as listed so again not a problem.The house is recently renovated, completely immaculate, clean, fresh and tidy. The games room is great, although we didn't use it much, but superb for a young family, again everything completely spotless.Owners live on site, and are very helpful. Recommended without hesitation!

Perfect stay

The most perfect property we have ever stayed in. The quality of everything is superb. Having a games room is great with pool table, table tennis, football table and darts! The hosts have thought of everything, so book this house if you can, you will be delighted Thank you Richard and Roxana

Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour en famille au Manoir. Le site en soi est incroyable. Le proprio a rĂ©novĂ© avec soin le site. La salle de jeu privĂ©e, situĂ©e dans un bĂątiment sĂ©parĂ©, a Ă©patĂ© les adolescents. L’espace maison Ă©tait aussi trĂšs spacieux et impeccable, avec toutes les commoditĂ©s nĂ©cessaires pour se se tir chez soi. Les proprios habitent Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, et sont trĂšs gentils et disponibles au besoin. L’emplacement est bien pour le tourisme autour. A 45 min de Crozon et 10 min de Quimper. L’épicerie et la boulangerie sont prĂšs, mais il faut s’y rendre en voiture.

Wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in der Bretagne

Herzlichen Dank an unsere netten Vermieter! Wir haben das Haus gut ausgestattet und optimal sauber vorgefunden. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist, dass flauschige HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche (Betten bereits bezogen) vorhanden sind. Alle elektrischen GerĂ€te haben gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohn-KĂŒchenbereich, einem Badezimmer, einer Toilette und zwei Schlafzimmern mit je zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Das Stockwerk ĂŒber der Wohnung ist vermietet, im angebauten Hausbereich leben die Vermieter. In einem separaten Haus finden sich die Spielmöglichkeiten (Tischtennis, Tischkicker etc.). (Das hatten wir der Anzeige nicht entnommen, wir dachten, das Haus stehe separat ohne weitere Bewohner. Die SpielgerĂ€te hatten wir im Obergeschoss erwartet.) Im Garten befindet sich die Bahn zum Boule spielen sowie mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die unmittelbar darĂŒber verlaufende Schnellstraße, die im Garten nicht zu ĂŒberhören ist. Vorteilhaft ist es dafĂŒr aber, dass man fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in alle Richtungen nicht erst lange zu einer Auffahrt fahren muss. Wir haben das genutzt, um AusflĂŒge nach Concarneau und Umgebung, die Crozonhalbinsel, Brest und Umgebung sowie die Inseln MolĂšne und Ouessant zu machen, alles dank der Auffahrt in etwa einer Stunde erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir so einen gelungenen Aufenthalt mit einem hervorragenden Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis und werden bestimmt gerne wieder kommen. (falls wir etwas gebraucht hĂ€tten oder Fragen gehabt

Wunderbare Bretagne

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in einer nahezu perfekten Unterkunft verbracht, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben. Durch die NĂ€he zur Autobahn lassen sich tĂ€glich in einer Distanz von max. 60km tolle Ziele fĂŒr jeden Geschmack finden, Natur, Kultur, Baden....Bei Regen bietet die Unterkunft fĂŒr alle Altersgruppen tolle FreizeitbeschĂ€ftigungen! WohlfĂŒhlen

"Manoir de Kerlez" Das Anwesen, die Ferienwohnung, toll! Wir sind mehr als nur begeistert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zu unseren Gastgebern Katelyne und Sylvain war prima. Es liegt in der NĂ€he einer Schnellstraße, von der sehr wenig zu hören ist. Beim BĂ€cker in LandrĂ©varzec gibt es leckeres traditionelles Beguette und Croixants. In Briec einen Supermarkt. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in alle Richtungen. Quimper, Concarneau, Pointe Saint-Pierre, Locronan, Pointe du Raz, die Cidrerie Manoir du Kinkiz und vieles mehr. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur wĂ€rmstens empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferien in der Bretagne

Die beiden eigentĂŒmer katelyne und sylvain sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und kinderlieb. Die Steckdosen haben eine Kindersicherung, sodass unser Baby sich frei bewegen konnte. Katelyne hat uns sogar im Vorfeld Spielsachen, ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl aufgebaut. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gehoben, alles ist sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr gemĂŒtlich. Es gibt sogar einen dyson Staubsauger. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Es gibt sogar ein extra Haus mit in Billard, Darts und Gesellschaftsspielen. Ich empfehle es Familien mit Kindern sehr. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Great holiday cottage with amazing playroom

This is a truly beautiful place renovated by the owner to highest standards and with tender loving care to be felt everywhere. Excellent interior and the kids loved the gameroom. Highly recommended.

Petit paradis en Bretagne !

Honoré d'avoir été les premiers voyageurs de ce gßte, nous ne pouvons que le recommander tant il a su dépassé toutes nos attentes. Attendez-vous à un superbe manoir trÎnant dans un jardin sublime, possédant une grande salle de jeux indépendante qui a fait notre bonheur et de bonnes tranches de rire aprÚs nos longues journées de randonnées. L'équipement du gßte a surpassé nos attentes nous laissant la possibilité de cuisiner tous nos plats préférés. Idéalement situé, nous avons pu explorer la quasi-totalité du FinistÚre en 30-40 minutes de routes. Merci encore pour vos petites attentions et l'accueil chaleureux et à trÚs vite !
