Passionate about nature & hiking, Corinne opens the doors of an authentic traditional 19th century Bresse farmhouse, fully restored inside - having preserved its raw facade with its old-world charm - nestled in a quiet area, on the edge of a meadow, in a peaceful rural residential hamlet adjoining the heart of the village. With a very elegant Romanesque church built in the 14th century & a city stadium, nestled in the heart of the Bresse countryside in the hollow of an agricultural plain dotted with ponds between the fish-filled rivers of the Sâne & the Seille (a natural area classified as a "Natura 2000 Zone" for its wealth of fauna & flora), Brienne benefits from a beautiful landscaped setting all around, combining fields of crops, hedged meadows, ponds & vast wild forests, not far from the first vineyards of the Mâconnais. Very comfortable cottage nestled under the roof in a "cocoon" spirit, on the site of the old "grain loft". Warm country character with contemporary accents of "Nordic" inspirations, sublimated by the totally exotic soul of the place (frame & "unusual" wooden access door, original). Terrace nestled in the shade of a peach tree, opening onto a pleasant enclosed garden of 1200m², planted & wooded, laid out in a "nature" spirit, sheltering the vegetable & aromatic garden of the owner (picking possible with her agreement for the pleasure of fresh seasonal vegetables) & the remains of a rare traditional "chicken coop-hutch" in "turned tiles". Composition: Cottage on the 1st floor of the owner's house (total independence / access by outside staircase). Wifi (fiber). Electric heating. Shared laundry room on the ground floor at the foot of the cottage (washing machine and freezer).
