Everything was excellent. A great and affordable place to stay. We stay there everytime we go to see our granddaughter in SC. Front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be staying everytime we go that way from Arkansas

Good stay. Will be back.

This is our 3rd stay at Greystone Inn. The staff is always pleasant. I forgot my hairspray and so I went down to the front desk to see if they had any to sell. They didn't so one of the wonderful ladies working gave me hers to keep! There were a few maintenance issues, but we just let the front desk know after we checked out because the issues weren't a big deal. The mattresses are very firm, which some people like. I do not so the first night it was hard for me to sleep. We were given a room facing the front of the building and even with the curtains drawn, the outside lights were still very bright. I will ask for a back room next time. Breakfast does leave something to be desired. Cereal, hot pockets, oatmeal, bagels & sliced bread are all they serve. The rooms are clean. We could smell cigarette smoke in the hallways, though. We will stay again when we are back in town.

Great stay!

Excellent stay at Greystone for a night. Room was surprisingly spacious, which gave our family space to spread out a bit. Friendly staff, and conveniently located right off the interstate.

A gem of a stay

Cozy just off the highway this warm place with very friendly people was a welcome relief in my travel the room was spacious clean and the bed was soft comfortable I slept fantastic will stay there again

Not so good experience.

Check in was great. Free snacks were offered. When trying to get in to the door, it was jammed. We had to literally force ourselves in. You can tell by the condition of the door that others do as well. You cannot get inside otherwise unless someone is inside. Let front desk know and was told they were aware. Was in a room next to someone who kept thwir TV at max volume all night. Called front desk multiple times with no response. Positives: room is spacious, breakfast was good. Not sure why this hotel is scored so high. Room was cheap so i guess this comes with the price. Rooms are very outdated and you can feel soft spots.
