Sillwood House is minutes walk from anywhere in Brighton. Walking distance to Hove, the Beach, the City Centre, Kemp Town, the Lanes and the station is a short walk.
The property is newly decorated and arranged over 5 levels, with basement large open plan kitchen and dining area, leading to a terrace with chairs.
The ground floor has large lounge and guest bathroom and closet space.
First floor leads to 5 bedrooms, with two en-suite bathrooms, guest bathroom and a third bathroom on the 2nd floor.
The property has a wow factor from the moment you walk through the door. Large rooms, high ceilings, modern and contemporary decor. An east meets west theme. That you will feel at home in.
The beach is 2 minutes away, so very close to have fun. Bars, restaurants, kids playground, and parks all nearby.

We have scaffolding up from Sept - mid Oct 2025. But prices have been discounted to accommodate this. No workmen there at the weekends.

Stayed in property before and it was as excellent as ever, with a few extra bits which improved it even further. It is a great location, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and locally there are lots of bars and restaurants. It was very clean and conformed exactly to the online specification. We given a very warm welcome by the owner/agent.

Sillwood was an ideal ‘fit’ for our family of five adults 5 children. The layout and spacious areas leant to each individual being able to find their own space; as well as on occasions choosing to come together. The house was clean and very well equipped. The location excellent, being minutes from the beach and likewise from a shopping area. Tania was responsive to all our needs. We would choose to stay here again.

Excellent stay in Brighton

We had a fantastic time staying in Brighton as two families. There were 4 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of space in the house.The house is lovely and spacious, everything you needed was there and located in a perfect spot in Brighton, near the beach, pier and the shops.Tania was an excellent host, welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around. Beforehand if there were any questions or needed to know anything she responded straight away. We had a lovely time in Brighton.

Old friends

Great house, great location, very well equipped, good heating and hot water. Spotlessly clean. We had a flickering light and that was dealt with straight away. The kitchen was a great meet up place and perfect for our group of 5 old friends. The beds are comfy and the bed linen and towels are good quality. The 2 en-suite rooms are lovely, although the showers are small and one of our party had difficulty in controlling the temperature. The other 3 bedrooms share 2 toilets and a bathroom with a small shower between them.- so that’s why it’s 4* not 5*. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Celebrating special occasions!

The property was nicely furnished and modern, the kitchen especially was very well stocked and really spacious and clean! Great location, close to shops and the sea. Everyone seemed to have a great time! The only down side was that we did feel slightly grilled by Michael when we first arrived about some of the rules, which made us feel worried about things like accidently getting makeup on bedding etc., the decor was abit tired and dusty in places, windows could have done with a clean, but these things didn’t really impact our stay. There were a lot of stairs, especially if you were sleeping on the top floor and needed to go and get a drink from the kitchen which wa din the basement, but that’s just me showing my age!! All in all we had a fab long weekend, the weather was great and the house suited our group 😃

Wonderful!

The house is beautiful and we couldn't have had a better stay. The kitchen is huge and equipped with everything you might need. The living room is really welcoming and the bedrooms are just as you see in the photos. What you can't see is how comfortable the beds are with premium linens, feather pillows and cosy, high quality duvets. Everywhere was also pristine clean. The owner was there to welcome us when we arrived and to show us around etc. Waitrose and Sainsbury's are both at the top of the road and we were able to walk everywhere. We highly recommend staying here.

Family holiday - birthday celebration

Fabulous stay in lovely house, very close to amenities and plenty of facilities in house. Loads of space for a family of 9. Lovely decor and plenty of things to do in Brighton. Lovely warm welcome from Micheal when we arrived too. Only 1 minor issue was it was advertised with roof terrace and bbq and neither available. Wouldn’t of been a problem but had ordered shopping with lots of bbq food.

The property was as advertised, very good and very well cleaned when we arrived. It is only about 200 yards to the beach and many local bars and restaurants. Overall a lovely place to stay and room enough for 5 adults and 4 children.

Weekend stay for a wedding

Myself and my family rented this house for a long weekend as my sister was getting married in Brighton. The check in process was simple and Michael was super helpful with any questions we had. The large kitchen/ diner was a selling point and was where we spent most of our time from getting our hair done to family dinners. The beds were super comfy in every room and each room was clean and smelt amazing. The only downside was not being able to use the roof top terrace, we understood the reasoning why but that was part of the reason we chose that house and it wasn’t communicated to us until on the day. We would recommend this house to anyone and we would definitely come back again if we had the chance!

What a smashing place to stay for conference at Brighton Centre - clean as a whistle. Excellent kitchen diner, where the group spent most of our time together. All rooms were spot on. We'll stay here again.
