Great Location

The hotel was in a great location right by the sea, with convenient access to all amenities, tourist spots and restaurants. The lobby was impressive, but the corridor's carpet looked a bit tired. We were slightly worried about the security of the place, as it seemed that anyone could enter the hotel lifts by walking from outside. The cleaning staff were quite loud since before 9 am chatting on the corridors, and you had to let them know not to disturb you until check out. We liked the gym and the hotel pool. We would recommend the hotel.

Apart from the actual receptionist staff we had a good stay. The young lady at the reception was very rude! On the three occasions we had to speak to her for some questions we had around the parking and the tickets, she was rude and arrogant. And instead of helping us, she kept repeating how she's already spoken to us before. So definitely will not be coming back, and will not be recommending to others.

Beautiful room with sea view. For an accessible room for elderly or disabled, the bed was too low, chairs needed to be higher with high back, & bathroom door was inconveniently placed. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

One night stay junior suite

We had a lovely one night stay at the leonardo myself and my 10year old daughter. We had the junior suite and loved it! The views were amazing! We arrived in Brighton a few hours before check in and left Brighton a few hours after check out both times they looked after our luggage. The only two things I will say I was slightly disappointed with was at check in the receptionist didn’t tell me any information about the breakfast eg. Times, location etc even though we had breakfast with our booking. Also the room seemed spotless until I sat in one of the chairs in the window and could see under the bed and side boards and they were thick with dust. It wouldn’t take two seconds to just run the hoover under them. Apart from that was fantastic!

Great hotel

Lovely room. Great air con. Clean and fresh. Friendly staff. Great location. Only downside (proper 1st world problem) that room services didn’t answer when calling at around 11, however due to location food was available very close by. Will defo stay again in the future
