Stay was okay, however room quite cold, thermostat would not go above 24, the room definitely did not get to this temperature, and no heat in bathroom. No decent coffee in room or water., basic things really that were not available. No aps on smart TV which was disappointing. Although comfortable a very basic place. The buffet breakfast was delicious. As a vegetarian, I was pleased with the choices. Am telling all my friends about this treasure in Brighton and will most definitely stay here again when I return to the UK.

Very roomy clean room with good size bed and excellant shower.Small kitchenette which was not used but handy if you needed to prepare anything. Staff at reception very helpful and cheery which makes a change

Lovely large, clean room with a superbly fitted out kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and everything you would need to cook a full meal (we didn’t!). A lovely bathroom as well.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The aircon worked and helped keep the room cool. Only issue was I could not get the heating for the shower correct and no matter how or where I turned it the water was always scorching hot
