I was incredibly dissatisfied with the property so much so that I refused to stay, it was not what the pictures displayed, it was very unclean, and to top off the unpleasant experience of getting off a 15 hour international flight, having to wait 9 hours to check in, finding a grocer to receive the key, and then having Expedia handle the matter with absolute disregard was incredibly disappointing. I will never be booking through expedia again. The staff on the phone when receiving my call were not helpful, very dismissive and did not go above or beyond to assist me in any way shape of form.
