Communication with hist and check-in was good. The inside of the property was as listed and very clean with beautiful modern bathroom. Beds were comfortable however extra pillows and blankets would have been appreciated.The listing however is misldeading- it is not a stand alone house but part of a subdivided house with very noisy and inconsiderate neighbours who you need to share driveway, bins and back verandah with. There was also something very heavy and loud running across the roof at night which scared our children. We had heavy rain which caused water in roof, making smoke detectors to go off at 4am. The listing also does not mention that the property backs onto a busy railway line with loud trains running every 10-15 minutes throughout the night. Curtains/blinds could also do with an update as one window is not covered and another has an aircon in the way so a lot of light comes in. Not a restful or safe place to stay with young children.
