With off-street parking and dining, culture, and the CBD just minutes away, it’s a peaceful base close to Brisbane’s energy.
Accessed via a private side entry, the home opens into a stress-free hideaway designed for comfort. Inside, the light-filled living area features a comfortable lounge and a TV for relaxed evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, and pour-over coffee setup. A nearby dining area provides a welcoming place for shared meals.
The primary bedroom is styled as a restful retreat with a queen bed, ceiling fan, generous storage, and a dedicated study nook for quiet focus. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with leafy views.
