Clean and tidy is probably the only positive thing to stay, extremely bad communication on the hosts part, I had to keep calling her as to what room and where the lock box was and the information I received was confusing to the point my son and I had to ask a stranger if they knew what a picture I was sent meant anything, the lock box was just a photo of a fence with about 6 lock boxes attached to it and it was like a game show as to which one worked and when we worked it out all I was sent from her was another number of 120002, we had no idea what that even meant and we thought well this must be the motel which was advertised as modern city view appartments 24 Stratton street Newstead and only to find out of another stranger we were in the wrong building altogether which was actually called “the Laguna” and that there were 3 buildings for that address and the man said “oh that’s building 2, floor 10 and room 2, get to our room and it was not a 2 bedroom unit at all as stated and my 2 adult sons had to sleep 1on the sofa and the other on a folded doona on the tiles, there was wet bed linen hanging in the wardrobe along with wet towels and bath mat which I thought was odd as there was a clothes dryer in the unit, there was also only 3 very thin towels but 4 of us so one of us had to use a sopping towel to dry themselves was not impressed
