Only there for a few hours and needed sleep so admit to being grumpy. Reception not being staffed, not responding to buzzing or mobile calls so left to stand in the cold for 20 minutes at 1am was distressing.

Not worth the premium price tag. Can see if the builder had disputes with the hotel owners. Cheap bed and pillows. No block out blinds and see poor workmanship. Never going back and have travel most of Australia and parts of yet world. Hopefully they can get in order before the Olympics.
