We enjoyed our stay at Rambla. It was conveniently located and had access downstairs to some excellent restaurants. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the room was clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately, parking was an issue for us. We had paid for parking for the week but access was difficult. We were told late that a QR code was needed and when one was issued it worked once or twice. It caused us a stressful situation for what could have been a perfect stay.
Where do I begin. Room was omitting an odour from the sink that smelt like cat urine. Finding the parking lot was narnia. The king bed was two singles pushed together without a top mattress so you fell through the middle. Tapping the elevator was a nightmare. Only positive was the shampoo smelt nice. Not worth it people, seriously.
Parking was a nightmare took 2-3 hours to access the parking then wouldn’t recognise to let me in and out every time

House keeping wasn’t included as part of the stay. It’s common sense that for 5 days people are going to stay in a room, it’s bound to get dirty, cleaning will be required however reception advised there’ll be extra charges for cleaning. Items like vacuum cleaner and mops were not even provided.

Fridge didn't seem to be very cold. We later pulled it out of the wall cabinetry to find that it wasn't even plugged in. Also, no hot water in the shower on our first night. This was rectified the following morning.
The room was great for what we needed, however the parking arrangement with outside company was a total disaster. Pre paid online prior to arriving, it let me in on arrival, then wouldn't let me out in the morning, this went on for 5 days despite numerous calls to both parties.

The rooftop pool area was wonderful and the rooms were nicely kept and had good amenities.
Very poor customer service and communication. There is no reception or front desk- all online system. Our washing machine broke on day 1 of our stay ( and we had purposefully booked an hotel with a washing machine as we needed it) and despite communicating via hotels.com and informing cleaning staff daily no one came to fix or even look at the washer.
BBQ area was lovely however we could not use this because you needed an extra key providing to unlock the BBQ, again we communicated with the hotel through Hotels.com however no one replied with how to access the BBQ, it was only another resident informed us of needing a key. This meant for the whole week we could not access those facilities.
Paid parking through an outside company. Instructions on how to enter not clear. Intercom didn’t work, lucky Rambla responded quickly with options and came to our rescue. Online parking instructions not current and didn’t work. Not impressed with parking company

Worst hotel EVER! Beds are super thin old and hard as a rock. Keycard entry is super frustrating and annoying so is the parking. Walls super thin can hear everyone and their business, lobby and elevator is super hot smells like old people and my room was absolutely disgusting cigarettes on balcony bathroom dirty sheets definitely was not changed. Communication is done via phone or text no one at actual property. Iv requested a refund for 1 night stay and I’m being rejected absolutely horrible hotel. I’m Aussie also guess this is what happens when our country is being over taken by these people. If you know what I mean you know what I mean…..
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again. We had a few issues with our electronic fob getting into our room a couple of times but it was all sorted quickly. Customer service could not be faulted. Highly recommend
