A toaster would have been appreciated in the room - all other kitchen and bathroom facilities good, especially comfy bed. Carpark very tight for larger vehicles and card-entry panel only external and on the passenger side - so not very easy in or out.

A spectacular view from the roof, excellent facilities including a plunge pool and a gym, all looking toward the Gabba - I wish I could have stayed longer. It felt like living in a luxury inner city apartment building.

The location was not ideal as there was no free parking available for customers. Finding street parking was very difficult, and we had to walk quite a distance to get to the hotel. The bathroom design was also unsafe - water splashed everywhere while showering, which could easily cause someone to slip. Lastly, allowing pets in the hotel wasn’t pleasant; there was a noticeable dog smell in the lifts which made the experience uncomfortable.

Clean room staff lovely especially on level 12 for breakfast but hotel noisy not near decent restaurants except for German club but only found it by accident as night staff tell you only fast food places nearby When I booked it came up as being in centre of town which it is not

New hotel the bond takes over a week to come back but the new rooms are great car parking is very expensive but thats business be better if they opened the bar upstairs for a few hours at night great veiws

A couple of issues. Crokery provided but no washing detergent or tea towel.Kitchen window requires a blind. Outside lights flicking on and off all night. Noisy. Taxi drop off and pick is an issue. That needs to be looked into. Every driver complained about access and exit
