Good hotel if you can get it for a good price. A little over-priced for Brisbane itself. Amenities were lovely and good facilities. Very clean as you’d expect. Carpeted corridors with soft close on the doors which is a must. Staff at the front desk were just OK - after I checked in there was a big line with just two staff members. A hotel of this price range shouldn’t have anyone waiting more than 5 minutes to check in. An additional member would’ve gone a long way. Staff in bar on ground floor were all quite young and not so great in terms of customer service. They were just OK. Concierge staff were fantastic as were the porters

Amazing modern rooms with all mod cons making the stay so convenient. Beautiful pool areas, lots of eateries. great location as town is one direction and a pedestrian bridge right outside to go over to Southbank. Would definitely stay again

Room was very clean, service was impeccable. The pool area just amazing as well as the Sky Deck. Will definitely be at the top of my list when vising Brisbane.

Didnt do a buffet breakfast so tended to eat elsewhere and enjoy the brisbane vibe. Rooms were really spacious and modern with luxurious bedding and amenities. Only small downside to the room was the bedside tables didnt have drawers and there was very little draw space in the cupboard. Bearing in mind the size of the room this seemed odd as plenty of space to have more storage. Overall though the hotel was beautifully appointed with 3 swimming pool areas, multiple bars and areas to relax and enjoy and a superb location with the pedestrian bridge to the south bank right outside the hotel.

The room was amazing and the staff and check in process was smooth and professional. We had a functional Aloria on the skydeck and it was superb. If you go for a drink on the skydeck , bypass the first bar - long wait times and sloppy service , and head straight to Angelwing near Aloria - service as it should be in such an elevated spot.

Breakfast deal was not included with Wotif. Receptionist said it’s $40 per adult & it can be added to the bill later. Checked with the restaurant & was told the sand later we end up with a bill of $184 instead of $120. Receptionist said their manager will call but never got to call to clarify the charge.
