The whole room wasn't big enough for two adults. Bathroom was tiny my partner is 6 foot 5 and hit the roof of the ceiling. Cockroaches were in the room coming out of the broken air con. Very disappointed

Stayed here many times. Self check in is always easy - although do it ahead of time not at the door as it can take a little while to receive room codes Rooms always clean, bathrooms clean. Only let down is the shower design. Puts water everywhere and no fan in bathroom - Possibly look into upgrading them

Nice hotel for the price. Corridors and staircases a bit grotty but room was clean. Bathroom tidy, clean and functional for me but was small if more than one person in the room. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillow options. Maccas over the road was good if your in late and need food. Easy 15 minutes from the airport. Good for the price.

Staff, what staff? Pathetic way to run a business, not even a complex caretaker or motel manager,. Free Breakfast cafe didn't even open. 3 floors and no lift. I was to have heart operation on the 31/10 and I was given a 3rd floor room. Tried to contact staff to change floors but no one could be reached and no one on site. 4 flights of stairs heart rate of 185, took 40 minutes and nearly resulted in a call for the ambulance. They couldn't even return my messages left on their answering machine.

The shower room was so tiny with a plastic curtain, can’t prevent water spread out. The sink also small that unable to just wash your face. The common area was clean. Staff were helpful. Would be nice if there are vending machines for coffee, and also laundry detergent. Parking was ok but there was full on the first night of our stay.
