Beautiful apartment, bad communication

The apartment was beautiful with an amazing view. However, the wifi didn't work and the person in charge didn't bother coming to look at it or help us. So for three days we didn't have wifi or TV. In addition, the listing said they had a pool. There was no pool. When I asked the person in charge she told me that she meant the public pool. A bit disappointing, but we made the best of it.
