Lovely stay staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel was spotlessly clean our room was lovely and again spotless. Plenty of choice at breakfast to feed even the fussiest of eaters. 100% recommend andwill definitely stay again.

We were very comfortable, and found the breakfast to be a good value. The location was nice, not in the hustle-bustle, but close enough to get there fairly conveniently. We were bummed that we could not check in early, but them’s the breaks. When we arrived, there was a crowd of people in the lobby all waiting for the clock to strike 3 so they could check in. I would stay here again.

Great location for a city break

Delightful stay in a modern hotel room in central Bristol. We were pleased with nearly everything! The room was available early, it was clean and well appointed, and very comfortable. The shower is excellent! The fan did not work and needs fixing to avoid steaming up the room. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

A very good stay. Clean, quiet, excellent breakfast (especially the Bircher müesli). The BBC channels on the TV didn't work properly. There was no option to reuse towels (thereby being more ecofriendly) and the shower could have been hotter. Why can't shower cubicles have doors these days (as this would minimise water getting into the rest of the bathroom)?
