The hot water in the shower did not stay hot very long, the pillows were very uncomfortable, meaning they were worn out. The pool / hot tub was in the hotel next door. The gentleman that checked me in told me to park in the parking garage below without telling me that you have to pay $25 to park under there found that out when I was leaving. I would not have parked in the garage, knowing that you had to pay. Overall I’d give it a 4/10 it was very clean.

Biggest downside to this booking was the pool is shared with the hotel next door. Which would not have been a big deal except for it was freezing out and we did not prepare for this. It was not listed. Hotel staff said they get that a lot, it’s listed on their site but almost as if 3rd party sites purposely do not list it. Had it been warm out it wouldn’t have mattered. It was a nice pool and hottub. Restaurant in sister hotel was overpriced and only so so. But our room was great. Nice to get away close to home but far enough away in a nice clean hotel.

Breakfast wasn't great. The team was in constant communication checking on me but it took a while to get room service. Seems like they may have been short staffed. You could hear a lot of noise from the rooms next to you. The property photos are misleading. The pool is actually at a different hotel across the street. The property itself was super clean.

Our stay at this property was excellent. The beds are comfy the rooms are spacious. My kids loved the salt water pool. The staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. By far one of the best stays we’ve had.

Not pleasant check-in

Check in was a nightmare because a staff member added persons to the room and the charge was higher than I booked. It cost me time to call your office and then get it straightened out. After a long day, it was very disturbing. Also, the hotel was listed without taxes unlike European that includes all fees. Very annoying service from your company this time. Hilton actually had a lower price. The hotel was very hood however.

Super clean and very large room with full kitchen, desk, table and couch. Very comfortable. Extra attentive and helpful staff, plus convenient to convention I was attending attached to the hotel.
