I found the bed comfortable, my partner didn't. The welcome and check-in was friendly and efficient, room condition excellent. Location was superb with lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

This hotel is very central and a great location for walking the city. The staff were nice. The rooms are cramped and there is not proper AC or cooling options for the night. The room service was hit and miss and we needed to ask for hand towels (there were no face clothes provided) and toilet paper. Breakfast was not included which upon booking I was given the impression it was. Finally, the center was unable/unwilling to reimburse us for two missed nights due to flight cancellation.
