Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Broadstairs train station is short walk 10-15 min walk down the high st and is regularly served by South Eastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well as trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 80-90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

The National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: The Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

Flowing from the hallway is a bright, open-plan kitchen / dining area extending into a conservatory. The stylish dining table seats 4 comfortably, making it perfect for family meals and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and washing machine. We provide a starter pack with essentials like washing-up liquid, sponge, cloth, and dishwasher tablets, plus complimentary tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, and kitchen roll.

Relax & Unwind in Style
On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room — a cosy, light‑filled haven with comfortable seating, perfect for movie nights on the flat‑screen TV, which includes catch‑up TV and streaming options like Netflix and Amazon Prime (guests will need to use their own login details).
The conservatory offers a second bright living area, complete with children’s toys, board games and a selection of books, making it a great space for both relaxation and family fun.

Upstairs: Comfortable Bedrooms for Sweet Dreams
Head upstairs to two beautifully arranged bedrooms designed for a peaceful night’s sleep. At the front of the house, you’ll find a spacious children’s bedroom featuring cosy bunk beds and plenty of storage — perfect for little ones to settle in and make themselves at home.

Across the hallway, overlooking the rear of the property, sits the serene main bedroom. Neutrally decorated with warm touches, it offers a comfortable king‑size bed and generous storage, creating a calm and inviting retreat after a day exploring Broadstairs.
Between both bedrooms is the spacious and modern family bathroom, fully equipped with a bath and overhead shower, wash basin, and toilet — perfect for families and convenient for longer stays.

Outdoor Space: Your Own Private Garden Retreat
Step outside from the conservatory and you’ll be welcomed into a lovely private split‑level garden, perfect for relaxing in the fresh coastal air. Head down the steps to the decked terrace, an ideal spot for alfresco dining or enjoying a quiet morning coffee when the weather is kind.
Continue down to the lower gravelled area, surrounded by mature planting that adds charm, colour and a peaceful atmosphere to the space. Whether you’re unwinding with a book, enjoying family time outdoors, or soaking up the sunshine, this garden offers a wonderfully tranquil extension of the home.

Parking
On street (restricted) or paid for in nearby Crofts Place car park - free between 10pm - 7am (Please double-check restrictions before parking.). Free street parking can be found within a 10 min walk.

Thoughtful Touches Throughout
For added convenience, a travel cot with mattress and a highchair are provided (guests are kindly asked to bring their own cot bedding). A hairdryer is also available for guest use. Quality linens, and plush towels provided. Bathrooms are stocked with toiletries for your comfort.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

Please refrain from smoking / vaping inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning.
