As you step outside, you will discover an array of activities that cater to the whole family. The large wraparound deck and illuminated sports court which is ideal for basketball and pickleball, are surrounded by towering trees and nature's beauty, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with your loved ones. The back area of the house is great for kids to explore, make adventures and join their family for a night around the fire gazing up at the sky and enjoying s’mores!

✔ Large open Gourmet kitchen that would please any chef. Lots of counter space with both a chef’s island and large sit-down island with seating!

✔ Large downstairs game room adjacent to the bunk room. The game room has access to the lower back yard where the horseshoes, fire pit can all be found.
✔ The game room has a wet bar, extra large big screen tv for big game watching, seating area, 8ft pool table.

★ DINING AREA ★

✔ The indoor dining table will accommodate 10, and the island will handle 6-8 more.
✔ The outdoor patio dining table will accommodate another 8. 26 people could theoretically eat at the same time across indoor and outdoor seating.

★ DECK AREA ★

✔ Large covered back patio a gas grill, conversation seating around the fireplace, and a tv.
✔ Hot tub that will accommodate about 6-8 adults is close to the back door, & has it’s own tv.
✔ The Deck overlooks the horseshoe box and firepit.
✔ Deck also overlooks Sports Court with fans and rockers for spectating!!
