The house is located 20 km south of Linköping in a summer cabin area. 300 meters from the house you will find the boat spot where the rowboat is located as well as a shallow small sandy beach. Secluded location with a view of the forest to meadow. Rich bird and wildlife. Raised nice garden plot with garden pond. Newly renovated bathroom, smart TV and wifi are available.
Hot tub and sauna can be rented separately.
Nearby you will find golf course, nature reserve, castle environments, Östgötaleden and other scenic surroundings.

On the entry level you will find a spacious living room with leather couches as well as a sofa bed, smartTv, renovated bathroom equipped with both washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dining area in cage language, bedroom with double bed. Upstairs you will find one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. In the annex there is a double sofa bed for two people.
