The check in person refused to enter our hilton honors number and said that there was no credit since we had booked through expedia. But the following day the receptionist was easily able to enter the hilton honors number. The key cards didn't work and we had to take them back to the reception twice. The same rude person was on duty and continued to be rude. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower should not be attached to the wall with some adhesive as they don't stay put and had fallen to the floor. Very poor design.

If we were paying $100, it would have been fine. $200 is too much for this hotel. Dated decor/carpet The room smelled like cigarettes, lamps falling apart. Shower super slippery, bathroom sink slow drain. Bed was like a board. Bench at pool covered in sidewalk chalk (Didn't know that until we sat down). Algae in pool near ladder. Didn't take many photos, Leaning lamp provided for humor. Pros: Location The air conditioning worked well. Mainly quiet.
