This first floor, tastefully renovated apartment has one king-sized bed, sofa bed and free parking. Steeped in history and set in the beautiful village of Broseley.
You can enjoy the village life, complete with local butchers, pub and other independent shops and amenities. All while being just 5 minutes away from Ironbridge.
The Iron House Apartments have been created by Peter & Kieran Gwilt on the site of the historic "E Davis & Son Ironmongers."
The space
We're very excited to welcome guests to our The Iron House Apartments - Garden View!
The apartment has been recently renovated and we have aimed to keep the history of the building alive, treasure it, if you will.
As you enter the apartment you are greeted with the kitchen area and lots of light!
Your kitchen features many amenities, electric oven and hob, fridge with small freezer.
There is a shared Laundry room for guests on the rear terrace with a washing machine, sink, and tumble dryer.
Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, and Tassimo coffee machine.
There is a dining table that seats up to 4 people in the kitchen/dining area, great for socialising while you cook
The lounge naturally flows from the kitchen/dining area and features a smart TV. You are welcome to use Netflix and other streaming apps, if you have accounts for these. There is a beautiful fireplace (not in use) in this room, a gentle reminder of its history.
If you would like to do some work, there is a desk in the lounge. You will also find a nice armchair to relax in!
In addition to this, there is a sofa, this can be made up to sleep two people in a double bed formation.
The bedroom is a generous size and features a lovely king-sized bed, complimented with bed side tables and lamps. You should find a good amount of storage here with a wardrobe, perfect for those longer stays.
There is a shower room, with a double headed shower (rain or standard head - your choice!), wc and basin.
We encourage you to enjoy the outdoor space. It is shared with other guests within the The Iron House Apartments so an opportunity to socialise should you so wish!
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a paper shop next door for essentials open every day and Spar is 100yds away.
Please note: There are other guests within the building and we kindly ask that you are respectful when moving around and close doors quietly. Thank you :)
