Any good thing about the hotel is tarnished when the front desk doesn't even have the intention of saying hello. Customer service is very limited, they barely speak, there's no information. The man who helped me at night is very slow and doesn't give any information, he never spoke to me. Incredible.

Overall not bad, the service was good. The issues were the bathroom sink plug would not release and the toilet seat was not connected to the base which made for an unexpected ride. Breakfast was good, lots of choices for a contential option

This property was clean, but the front desk made it even nicer. The hospitality that the sweet lady at the front desk was rare. She was no sweet and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!
