Couldn’t adjust temp. We wanted less AC. There were just skimpy blankets so the cold (in June) was uncomfortable.
Clean and comfortable. Very peaceful and the trails lead right to your cabin, no need to drive.

Nice park, easy to walk, cabins are very close to the cave. But if you are staying with children, they don’t have any activities for them to do.
Like a playground, campfires, movies or anything that could entertain them in the evening
Great staff at front desk and restaurant. The cabin #10 had a midnight visitor in the form of something chewing on the bungalow. They kept it up all night. Otherwise good stay.
Need better signs , esp for after hours check in. The called and made sure we knew where to get the key but it difficult to find which set of cottages in the dark w poor signs
Had a great stay. Clean, convenient and price/value was awesome. Would stay again.

Great area, beautiful grounds!
The lobby is very nice. Great gift shops and a Starbucks. We rented a historical cabin that was quaint and cute. The cabins are positioned a long long way from the parking lot. We had 2 large coolers with no wheels so it was quit a workout getting out things to the cabin. The main restaurant had just okay food and just okay service. The constant banging of the kitchen door closing was extremely annoying. One male server said there is nothing they can do about that after I sugged the closer be adjusted to slow the door. I usually don't get bothered by noises but man every 10 to 15 sec bang, bang, The caves were awesome as well as the hiking. Highly recommend staying here. Had a great time.

Pros: The historic cottage was safe, quiet, and conveniently located near the visitors station, so it was super convenient to check in for our cave tour. Cons: There is no close parking to your cottage though, so if you’re not a light packer it’s a bit of a haul to bring your suitcase in. The AC unit also didn’t really help in our cottage - it was super muggy the entire time. The bathroom needed some maintenance (the toilet rocked every time you sat on it). And the lawn chairs out front were cracked and broken.
Doors on the cabin needed to be fixed. They had big gaps. But it was clean.Had comfortable bed.I couldnt get the heat to work but thankfully it wasnt too cold.
I liked everything except you can’t shower when the people next door are showering. Water turns ice cold in middle of shower with hair full of soap. But everything else was great.
My stay was comfortable and clean. I stayed in one of the historic cabins. You cannot park your car close to the cabin, so you do have to walk with your things that you are bringing inside quite a distance. Not a problem for me, but just a heads up for people with mobility issues.
