very clean, spacious apartment between Munich + Rosenheim.
Happy with children and / or dogs (! Don't worry about allergies: the apartment is always cleaned completely damp. I am also an allergy sufferer and would have problems there if not everything could be cleaned well.)
Truck drivers / semi-trailers: You cannot park in front of the house, but depending on the day and time, you can park nearby. I will help you find a place + can pick you up there. z. B. Hans-Scheibmaier-Str. , Pettenkofferstr. u. a.
On over 70 square meters including a very nice large balcony you can go on holiday in Bavaria.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 sleeping possibilities + 1 pull-out couch.
Everything you need for normal living, such as plates, cups, pots ... is available.
Location in a quiet family - residential area.
Things of daily needs within walking distance.
Mountains, Munich, Kufstein, Tyrol, Chiemsee approx. 30 minutes by car.
approx. 500m to the next train station in the direction of Munich, Rosenheim, Kufstein.
Depending on the season - that is, in the warmer time - a classic car can be booked as a "taxi", as long as I have time to drive.
If there is no car, I can help. I am also happy to help with tips for trips.
Through the front door it goes into the stairwell in the 1st Floor right, there is the independent and lockable apartment. Doors in the apartment can also be locked separately.
Entire apartment as in the pictures is for you including everything you need to eat and drink, coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, bathtub and shower and 2 sinks (so good if more people have to get ready), 4 full beds , 1 couch that can be turned into a bed, 1 couch to watch TV, 1 baby bed, TV, large closet.
Most of the time, I and / or my mother are on site or in the immediate vicinity. I'm almost always reachable by phone.

Breakfast is not included in the booking prices, so please understand that the breakfast contains almost only instant products and is very simple. There is coffee, milk, cocoa, cornflakes, bread rolls to bake and i. D.R. some fruit.
You don't have to pay for it. It is nice when a little money is left behind to buy something again.
