Great location, great place, nice cosy and modern room. Airconditioning was a bit "windy" but can be changed in the room itself. Nice friendly and competent staff.

It is almost impossible to fault this hotel. Their breakfast is fantastic, their beds and bedding excellent. The staff is helpful and kind. I have stayed several times in this hotel and will continue to return. The only issue that can be addressed is the soundproofing. Late returns in neighbouring rooms can be heard sometimes.

Excellent hotel staff very helpful professional and efficient. Don’t worry if you don’t get a limited parking space. There is an excellent underground parking two minutes drive from the back of the hotel which is half the price of the hotels parking

Beautiful Bruges

Lovely hotel in the centre of the beautiful city of Bruges - walking distance from everywhere. Only downside is that wifi doesn't reach the annexe which is a real shame. Next time I would request a room in the main building.

Love this hotel!! It’s such a beautiful property. Everything was first class. Since I was there celebrating my 55th birthday, they even gave me a box of chocolates. Would stay there again if I have the opportunity to visit Bruges again.

A very nice size room in the extended annex behind the main building that you walk out to. There are a few stairs to climb. Quiet and very comfortable. Fantastic staff and a great lobby bar!

Hotel was superb, amazing location close to the main squares. Real benefit having parking spaces but they are limited so book early. Good breakfast included in the price.
