Short trip to Bruges

Good 4# hotel in a central position. Excellent choice for breakfast very clean peaceful hotel.Bathroom mirror could do with more lighting, shaving in shade not easy .Overall I would recommend this hotel and stay there again

Very good ! The only small negative thing I would say is that the Expedia description mentioned that the hotel had laundry facilities. The hotel actually sent out for laundry. Perhaps this is an issue with translation or with the Expedia description, with the expectation is when you say that it’s laundry facilities is that it includes a washer and dryer that is coin operated to allow for self laundry. That might be something you may wish to look at for continuous improvement whether it’s via the Expedia descriptions or the information from the hotel.

This is a very attractive hotel in a very convenient location in Bruges. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms are very nice and clean. There are some issues - our first premium room had a bathtub and a hand held nozzle but no room to stand up for a shower. They graciously changed our room. This room had a great shower but unfortunately smelled like sewage. It seems like the end of the hall where we were was affected and I am not sure what they could do about it, it might have been something out of their control. They had the windows open and had sprayed something that helped but when the windows were closed it was not pleasant.

The hotel was in a great location and provided parking which should be used as it is limited in Bruges. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The room we were in needed to have the rug replaced.

We booked a last minute getaway and came across the Dukes Arches. The staff were extremely friendly, the hotel was really clean, and it was a 5 minute walk from the town centre. Highly recommended!

A Hotel and city we will come back to

The hotel is in a great location in Bruges, very close to many squares where you can dine, drink or just taking in all the historical landmarks. The room and hotel was by far my favorite from our weeklong trip in Europe and the only regret was we wanted to stay a few more nights there. Beautiful large room, sitting areas on the main floor of the hotel with a picturesque bar and the options for the breakfast was amazing.
