We loved the vibe of the hotel and its proximity to not only the Brussels-Central train station but also to Grand Place and numerous excellent food options and exploration opportunities. The staff was so accommodating that they even tried to speak to us in Spanish (our primary language). The room was comfy for European standards, clean, and perfect for our 2-night stay. The Lobby being part of Loyd Cafe was a nice touch and a great food and coffee alternative. We will recommend this place to anyone.

Great hotel in downtown Brussels

It was a comfortable, modern room right by the train station and Grand-Place. The restaurant was also very good, with options for different diets and preferences.

Liked the aesthetic, location, breakfast and staff. Probably best hotel breakfast ever and nicest staff. Loved our view and how close everything was! Disliked the shower as the temperature was unstable and the water was poor in pressure. I wouldn't touch the handle and it would swing from super hot to cold out of nowhere. Mind you, we had the 5th floor. Meanwhile the bathroom sink has blasting water pressure and water would spray everywhere. The hair dryer also was not the best as you have to hold the button while drying your hair (you can't just turn it on and blow dry so you have to press down while trying to brush your hair so I found this hard) I did not inform staff of the above complaints because I'm not the type to complain.

Great little hotel situated right in Centre of Brussels next to Grand Square and 10 mins walk central train station (15 mins buses). Comfortable rooms. Needs a room mini fridge / milk cartons or a ice / drinks vending machine in hallway as Lloyds cafe attached is open 7/7 and staff unhelpful if need anything beyond that time. Reception manned 24/7. Recommend.

5th floor corner suite

We had a great room in this quaint hotel. It was the 5th floor with a view. We loved it. Bed was ok, bathroom was very nice, great shower, but we had problems getting the right temperature, but that could have been us not giving it enough time to warm up. The breakfast was wonderful. Woud definitely stay again

The property has good qualities: nice staff, clean, rooms as described, beds are great. But there is a significant problem with the breakfast. The dining area is served by one person. They work hard. But every day of our stay they were out of coffee cups, juice glasses, croissants! This was ridiculous. The one person cannot handle it all. That is a management problem. It is peak season in Brussels. You have to staff better. The food was also mediocre. Note that the food is prepared by Lloyd’s eatery’s chain. They clearly prioritize their own customers. The eggs were not blended enough resulting in scrambled eggs that look like a mottled mess. The yoghurt parfait is clearly made the day before with soggy granola and dried out fruit.

Room was nice and clean. Staff is super nice. Breakfast was nice! 2 issues: Air conditioner had trouble keeping a resonable temperature but it was quite toasty outside. Probably the best it could do was bring the room temp down to maybe 75F. Second: Also, main elevator was down most of the trip and secondary elevator didn't like to go to ground level. You would catch mulitple people riding the elevator up and down trying to get to the ground floor. But other than these two items. Convenient location and nice cafe so still give it a 4 out of 5.
