Everyone was so wonderful. They even gave us a box of chocolates. The room was perfect. Great view. Clean. Easy walking access to everything you would want. We will definitely stay here again next time in Brussels.

For en gangs skyld et ophold på det jævne. Kø ved både ind- og udcheckning…og igen en “morgenmadsoplevelse”, der er virkelig dårlig. Personalet i Lloyds virker totalt ligeglade med hotelgæsterne. Til trods for at jeg var eneste gæst, tog det de 4 ansatte 10 minutter at henvende sig for at spørge, hvad jeg ønskede til morgenmad. Det er umiddelbart en fin menu, men for mig, der egentlig bare ønsker æg og bacon og noget yoghurt til, er det en træls oplevelse. Til trods for det skønne værelse og den perfekte beliggenhed tror jeg, at jeg fravælger Aris næste gang. Morgenmaden er bare vigtig for en god start på dagen…og der er det bare så meget bedre på søsterhotellet Alma.

Nice hotel which is in a good location close to Grand Place. However that brings other issues. It is very noisy at night and there was no warning of building work next door which meant we had to change rooms. The staff were great and the attached cafe is lovely. But the rooms are very small and basic. When you consider the cost which very high, for us it was not good value for money overall.

Wonderful hotel, beautifully located very near Grand Place and many wonderful restaurants and shopping. Location outstanding. Room was wonderful (we got a 2 story suite). Very private, quiet and dark curtains. We slept better here than many places on our 3 wk trip. Our daughter had more privacy and space here than anywhere we stayed. Breakfast is served in the cafe which is located in the hotel lobby. It can be hectic. You are required to order off a limited menu with no exceptions along with coffee and pastries laid out. I much preferred the breakfast buffets that we have had, which almost all contained fruit and eggs. If you are trying to limit carbs for breakfast, this is a tough one unless you like savory. And the coffee shop is always very crowded, which adds an element when entering the building, as you walk thru the cafe to check in or get to the elevator. Not a problem really, just not relaxing atmosphere.

Great stay!

Perfect walkable location! Super comfortable bed and pillows. Nice hot shower. 4 minute walk to central train station. Nice menu at Lloyd’s, their restaurant.

Great location just 1min walk to the Grand Place. Staff very friendly. Lots of great chocolate shops around, including the Passion Chocolat just opposite the hotel. The hotel entrance is via a Lloyd coffee shop. Would recommend a fun visit to the Frites museum, very close by, which includes a portion of the traditional fries at the end.

This property has pleasant aesthetics and was spotlessly clean throughout. The location is very convenient. It is about a 5 minute walk from the central train station. It is also about the same distance to Metro stations as well. It is in a heavily foot-trafficked area, meaning there are lots of tourists around. Although it is in such a busy area, there is absolutely no street noise in the rooms. There are many shops and restaurants close by. However, some are tourist traps. But it is ok because it's convenient. Overall, I would recommend this property for the comfortable interior and the convenience of the location. Staff was great, too.

Location is a few minutes walk from train station. It is very convenient. Concierge staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked a two beds room. Concierge told me they didn’t have it available and put me in a single bed room at the beginning. This surprised me. Eventually she was able to find a two beds room for us.

Great central location

We had an enjoyable stay. Great central location and friendly and efficient reception. Bed was very comfortable and modern bathroom with a powerful shower. Windows were not great at keeping out noise, but not a big issue. Breakfast was fine, but the way it was served wasn't great. There was a choice of two starters, followed by a 'main' (which was largely variations on scrambled eggs - which were tasty and a little bit different. The first morning, we were seated and then our order taken and our 'main' course served when we had finished our starter - as expected. However the next two mornings, we were asked to order before sitting down and then both starter and main were provided within seconds of each other, which meant eating the main before the starter if you didn't want cold eggs. The starters were clearly prepared in advance and stored in a very cold fridge, as these were each time served unpleasantly cold. The food was actually good, but the way it was served could have been much better. This is a small moan and we would still return and recommend the hotel.

Staff was very friendly, location could not be beat! Right next door to the Grand Place. The hotel building did not look historic and the lobby was always busy (there is a cafe on the first floor), but we were able to enjoy a complimentary breakfast each morning. We had a corner room on the 4th floor with a window and door that opened. It was great to take in the air and views! Bathroom was standard and had one sink, but there was enough room for two people. I would stay here again for the location alone!
