We just needed a clean and comfy bed near the centre. This was perfect, we didn’t have expectation for food here and I can tell u if all you are looking for was a nice comfy bed with enough space this is perfect. Has a gym and a sauna as well

There was a cold air vent in the room that the staff couldn't turn off. The temperature outside was a pleasant 22 degrees Celsius, but the room was freezing cold. Instead of turning it off, they explained it was fresh air. I caught a cold, and my throat, sinuses, and head hurt, and I had a runny nose. The inability to turn off this cold air vent completely disqualifies this hotel for me.

Such friendly, helpful staff. I felt very welcomed and oh my gosh, the breakfast room is beautiful with a lovely variety in their breakfast buffet. Also the rooms bathroom was gorgeous, always a win.

The staffs were amazing!! They were very kind to accept our request to add the breakfast to our stay. Amazing mouthwatering cookies as a welcome gift upon arrival. The staff Noemi was super helpful. She helped us plan our itinerary and gave us so many helpful tips and names of the restaurants. She is very knowledgeable and does her job very well. All the other staffs were also very kind and friendly.

This was a nice location, 5 mine walk to/from Bruxelles Nord metro, and the main strip of shopping, and other tourist sites. Since it was in the north, it was a bit more quiet, and near a lovely park. The staff were excellent, attentive, and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Booked this after a good experience at Doubletree in Nice. Doubletree Brussels was a disappointment. Building facade is in need of a facelift. There are two entrances - one facing the park and another facing the plaza leading to the nearby metro. Staff closes the latter entrance when there’s no events booked with the hotel. Makes no sense, such an inconvenience to hotel guests. Front desk staff is not helpful as well. Rooms are comfortable but sound proofing is poor.
