Guest Access:

Self-check-in begins after 4 PM. Early check-in and late check-out (until 1 PM) are available on request, depending on availability, and may include an additional charge.

A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.



As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions.



Guest Support: Assistance is provided from 9 a.m. to midnight, and cleaning services can be requested for a fee.



Check-Out Policy: Guests have a 30-minute grace period after 11 a.m. check-out before incurring late fees.



Important Charges: Additional fees apply for damage to the sofa or unapproved guests.
