I booked this place for my family for one night due to them having a shuttle. We booked the shuttle waited at the airport no one arrived. For over two hours from 9pm-11:30pm we tried to contact them and they would not answer the phone at reception. Called their call centre guest relations several times, they tried multiple times and could not get the person at the hotel to answer the phone either. After midnight we gave up and booked another hotel so more money spent. Their customer service is appalling, Wotif has tried contacting the reception and reservations since for a refund and they couldn’t even get them to answer the phone. They have emailed them which I am STILL waiting for a refund. Don’t book this hotel!!!!!!!

Value for money

Really easy if you have a morning flight out of Brussel - Zaventem Airport, (specially if your route to the airport leads through Antwerp, traffic is a disaster in the morning so better leave the evening before) this Holiday Inn Express is IMHO perfect for that, I am not sure the rate's are lower then normal in July, but what i paid (a Decent breakfast and shuttle included) is absolutely Value for money.

Very clean and new hotel and room itself. Airport shuttle included in price was very convenient. Morning buffet breakfast included in price was also pretty good. Saved time definitely as well. Friendly staff. Definitely good choice for a stay while having long layovers

Restaurant poorly managed.

Check in and the room were fine. The service at the “restaurant” was horrible. Had to order at the bar after waiting to see a menu. One person taking orders did not track who ordered what so they had to walk around asking if you ordered it. Kitchen was understaffed, had to wait 45 minutes for soup and pizza.

Regular holiday inn meeting standards, but nothing to eat in the area with limited dining options in the hotel itself. Suggested to go to main holliday inn which had a 1.5h wait as there is nothing to eat in the area. Need to order uber eats, walk 30 minutes or grab a cab.
