Highly recommend the property! It is central in Brussels making it easy to get around by walking. There is a variety of food options in the area as well. Staff were helpful and very friendly.

The name IHG Grand Place suggests that the hotel is located in very close proximity to the Grand Place square. In fact it is a good 15 minute walk. Although our party were able, it was disappointing to arrive and find it was not where we had assumed it to be from the description

Room was not ready on time. The shower drain was clogged with hair and caused a flood on the floor. We fixed it ourselves and mopped up with the towels in our room to keep the water from reaching the carpeted area

No refrigerator or ice machine to keep medication refrigerated. Breakfast was good and dining room well maintained. Rooms were small and mattresses not very comfortable. Hotel in good location, very walkable.
