Excellent service all around. Our room was ready before check in, which was great because we had an overnight flight. Staff were super friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good. The hotel was only a few steps away from the train station and most attractions were a short walk away.

Stayed for two nights - the room was tiny as was the shower room, difficult to get in and out of the shower due to room size. Decor was dark and depressing and my coffee supplies were not replenished after use. One of the “fresh” towels also had marks on it. The location is in an area which is undergoing building works in a busy part of town so traffic noise and sirens are constant.

Property is very nice overall. Very spacious with unique style. The hotel focuses on environmental sustainability which is very nice; the only downside is housekeeping is only available upon request which is not informed when checking in.

Air did not work well, bathroom not cleaned well, awkward layout in the bathroom, it you turned off the light it turned off all the lights, cute set up though and good water pressure and hot water, breakfast was through their bar area but they always seemed closed due to an event.

Polite and courteous both in reception and dining room. Breakfast hot food was pretty poor, otherwise good. The standard queen is quite tight for two people to open cases etc. Altogether it was a very pleasant stay, just tweak the breakfast and advise not to take a standard queen room, go for the larger one.

No a great stay.

Its such a shame when you book a hotel for a very short break. But nothing went smoothly. Hardly got to enjoy the hotel as we had to leave by 8.30am due to an annual hoilday "car free sunday" we drove to this hotel as we was advised by the hotel via email that we could leave brussels whenever as we are using a hotel. On arrival we asked again to make sure as we had to leave brussels at 4pm. We was told no and that we had to move the car out of the city by 9.30am. This made the whole weekend break a nightmare as plans had to be changed due to the hotel informing us wrong information. If information was given correctly we could of changed parking locations or made different plans alltogether. I personally wont use this hotel for this reason in the future. Its very poor customer service and by far the worse ive been treated. In all i had very little time here and unable to use the hotels facilities.

I was impressed by this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing invaluable advice on the city and helping to book restaurants. The overall design and ambiance of the property are smart and relaxing, and I particularly appreciated my spacious and well-appointed room.

Great stay

Beautifully decorated, kind and accommodating staff, eco friendly and sustainability focused. Room was food size and had everything we needed. The only issue we had (and this is due to personal preference) was the room was not cold enough to sleep comfortably and the little lights in the room like tv standby light etc made the room too bright. I mentioned it to the staff on the last and they were brilliant. Got us a fan which made a huge difference for us. And put black tape on the little distracting lights. Despite these issues we would stay again as the staff made those adaptations for us.
