Great position to walk the city

The hotel is in a great location and within easy walking distance to anywhere. The check-in was not ideal as I stood at the reception desk and there was a man behind the desk but not directly at the desk who saw me but continued eating and didn’t bother to come out and help. It was not something I had experienced before. He eventually checked me in.

Very good location is the only positive feedback I can give. Mould all around in the bathroom. Very low water pressure,dificult to flash toilet and waiting for hot water to come at least 5 minutes. Absolutely needs to be renovated . Very noisy guests,having party in the rooms and we couldn't sleep all 3 nights.

Interesting hotel, very good staff

We only stayed one night in Brussels, but this area is party central. Due to a cancelled train, we arrived at 11:30 pm…nine hours later than expected. Our hotel room was ready for us and check-in went smoothly. The desk worker was very good. The room was on the top floor and in the back of the building. The skylight was open, but I could not hear the sound from the street in front. With the skylight and the blinds closed, it was DARK in the room, even in the morning. Decor was fairly dated, and some of the upgraded luxury items, especially in the bathroom, were in need of repair. The twin bed for our daughter was terribly uncomfortable, but the queen bed was fine. The hotel desk worker in the morning was very helpful and held our bags literally all day while we toured the city. Very thankful for their help.

Disgraceful

The room is run down and dirty. The red carpet was filthy i couldn't take my sies off it was disgusting. We paid $165.00 it was way to much for the condition of the room. Location was fantastic though. Check in person was absolutely awful not welcoming or even cared what you thought. We also had urine stains on the comforter.

Excellent location, but the hotel is shoddy. Picture in the listing is not the hotel lobby; it is the upstairs portion of the restaurant next door. Place had a bit of a mildew smell, nasty red carpet, exhausted beds with dirty pillowcases (hair). No AC in room. We left the property immediately after seeing our room. Receptionist told us that she would authorize a refund from Expedia, but when I attempted to get the refund, they refused. Definitely do not recommend this hotel even though it is in a very good location.
