Wonderfull stay

We had a wonderfull time and exprerience in our 3 days stay here. My 6 year old boy love swimming in the pool. Clean and Warm water. Good room service. Always cleaning the room everyday.

Lovely property and concept, the area around might not be that beautiful, but as the name mention you end up finding a secret garden, although the area es not the nices it remains safe

This was a nice little hotel with lots of character. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to friends and would stay here again.

The experience wasn’t as good as expected. The entrance is located in a back alley near a garbage collection area, and there was an unpleasant smell when passing by. The room didn’t have a fridge. We booked a garden view room, but during check-in, we were given a room with only a skylight! We had to proactively negotiate with the hotel to get the garden view room we originally booked. If we hadn’t spoken up, we would’ve just had to accept it.

Cadre magique, l’hôtel est super moderne, convivial et accueillant pour les familles. Tout autour c’est super vivant et à pleine 20min à pied de la Grande Place. Je recommande !

Hiukan "kotikutoinen" palvelukonsepti, paljon on muuttunut 5 vuodessa, jolloin viimeksi yövyin Bergerin puolella, silloin myös ravontola ja baari toiminnassa. Perhehuone hauskasti sisustettu ja toimiva, kivilattia kylmä. Aamiainen 15 euroa, valikoima on. Plussaa kahvikoneesra, joka 24h käytettävissä.
