Excelente ubicación

Hotel en pleno centro, al lado de estación de tren, frente a plaza donde comienza área peatonal de tiendas y restaurantes, aunque esta en pleno espacio turístico, no hubo ruidos molestos al dormir. Las habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con baño con bañadera y ducha y vestidor. Éramos 3 y estábamos muy cómodas. Pudimos dejar el equipaje sin problemas. Volvería sin dudas.

The hotel is a bit dated, it could be a bit more decorated...nothing on the walls. Extreme minimalistic... Coffee machine and water in the room - a positive. The staff was very helpful. Location is great, very central, tons of things to do around - can be noisy.

The best part about this hotel is the location. It's within walkig distance of a lot of attractions and a great part of the city. Rooms itself are small but efficient and clean. Staff unfortunately acts like they don't want to work there.

The best part about this hotel is its location -- it's fantastic! Right in the middle of everything. My room was a little chilly and I was not able to get it warmer. Perhaps they had turned off the heat for the summer. But I would definitely book this place again.

Check-in and the entire stay were wonderful! We were asked if we wanted to keep the room we had booked or move to a room with a terrace and a view, and of course we chose the terrace. All four of us (kids included) loved sitting out on the terrace in the evening (live music!) and in the morning. We are a family of four on an extended vacation to several cities, and this is our favorite hotel so far. The room was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the espresso machine and the refrigerator, as well as the working AC (which has been rare on this trip). It is within a very short walking distance to Grand Place and lots of food and shopping options. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and especially families!

Location is excellent, extremely close to central station and main square. The only issue the AC in the suite we stayed didn’t work most of the time ( we stayed for 5 nights). That made it very inconvenient, felt very warm and stale.

Good location near central train station and Grand Place (tourist area) but very expensive for average hotel room. Not sure why it is 4 star. Breakfast is not very good and there are many places to eat just steps away. Often music and crowds right outside so can be a bit noisy if you like open window.

This property is very clean and the family room we rented was very spacious. We had room to spread out and feel comfortable. The hotel is very, very close to the train station which is very convenient, especially when we had a very early morning train to catch. I thought the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend.

Convenient location, amazing view!

Beautiful location, extremely convenient! The view from our room was incredible! The four person option with the pullout bed was a little tight! The room space was amazing, but the bed option for the second bed was just a futon like caught. Luckily, my kids were so jetlagged. It didn’t matter. But probably not the best option for a long-term stay.

Service was ok until checkout when counter staff insisted that I had 2 mornings of breakfast (you can check the CCTV) and not 1. After informing her of my itinerary where I had no chance of having breakfast except for once, she accepted it . However the charge for 2 breakfast x14.90 still went ahead. Please confirm the refund for euro 14.90.

Hotel is old, outdated and smelled like cleaning products. The towels had stains on them. The room was freezing cold and the heat was barely working (even after I complained to the front desk). Only redeeming qualities to the hotel were its location, room size and hot shower. I stayed in the Novotel next door and it was much better (room is bit smaller though). Suggest skipping this one and stay in the Novotel since they’re in the same price range.
