I have to say that hotel in generally good. But unfortunately midi station it’s not a tourist place as it’s a very ruff neighbourhood. I do not recommend that area.

Didn't do breakfast. My room request was very good. Area is run down around the station but I had an excellent night's rest and it did what I had wanted. €198 regular rate so thankfully I paid just over half of that!

Love the stay if your are coming to belgium thisnisnthe best location near the main train station 20 min by train from the air airport 2 min access to the metro station

The hotel was modern and room clean but the bathroom smelt of smoking (a previous guest no doubt). Not sure what was going with the air con but it didn’t really cool the room. Extremely well located with easy access to the centre and the railway station; however, the area wasn’t the nicest. That said, we had no issues, or concerns around safety.

After complaining to reception about the road noise the young man at reception immediately looked to relocate me. There were no rooms available but he phoned the cleaning crew in front of me to arrange a room to be available within an hour. And it was. Magnificent customer service and nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff.

Booked for 2 nights. First night room was very very hot, so made sleeping uncomfortable. Also room was next to stairs, so could hear the footsteps. Reported to front desk on the second day, and they managed to turn the air condition unit down from the reception which made the second night a bit more pleasant

Friendly and helpful staff every time they have a brita finger and fresh drinking water station in the lobby. We stashed the luggage for many hours and came back and staff was happy to bring them out. Splotless every where. The room was spacious enough to have a table and 2 lounge chairs. I requested a quiet room facing the garden and it was great.

Rooms are hot. Coming from a cooler climate we are not used to warm rooms. Please offer air conditioning all year round. Opening windows is great but invites a lot of noise (I.e sirens, partying and yelling)
