I was very happy with my stay but I think the breakfast was over rated. I had breakfast at 9:30 and it already looked picked over. It's important to keep an eye on the dishes so they are not half full

Great location near the Grand Place and the Centraal train station. The hotel, however, is in need of updating and refurbishing. My room was scuffed up and terribly drab and not particularly attractive. Breakfast was very common and the same very morning. I found the hotel not anywhere near worth the price. At best it may warrant about a 2.5-3 star rating at most. With some updating and freshening up, it could become a 4 star as it indicates its rating currently is but now? Uff!.a rather tired hotel in need of some modern attention. Some of the staff were lovely though. So that was good. Location is superb!

Very convenient. Transport links within minutes. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars in the local area. A little tired. Paint/plaster peeling of the toilet wall. Staff friendly, efficient, and helpful.

The room was very comfortable. The bed was nice and having a mini-fridge was handy. The bathroom situation was odd - the toilet is near the door, the bath and sink closer to the bed. The bathroom had both a shower and a soaking tub which was a nice surprise. I did not have the included breakfast, so can't comment on that. My room, 216 had a window that opened to the street below. Nice view and fresh air was pleasant. There were men below the window talking to a taxi driver at 3 am. They were very, very loud. The town is very active until quite late, so if you retire early close the window and bring earplugs. Overall, other than the one night, the hotel was great. Fantastic location
