The staff on the front desk are outstanding. The had a power adaptor that I had forgotten and problem solved my freeze packs for my medication. The room was beautiful and the whole property was clean.

Spotless room and bed, very clean bathroom. Helpful staff and perfect location, right in the centre. 5 minute walk away from Grand-Place. Hotel does not have a big lobby area but we were able to leave bags once checked out until we left for the airport. Would stay again!
