Location was close to train and public transport. Room was dirty when I arrived (dirt on floors, shower not clean). There is no shower screen door, so water went everywhere each time we had a shower. Wifi only seemed to work through the day which was no use as we were out exploring the city.

The location was ideal for us, the property was really clean, we had some confusion finding the property and our taxi driver had to liaise with Smartflats but we were driving round for a while trying to find it, there’s a really strong smell in the property from the drains and the noise from outside is constant throughout the night

We were supposed to have wifi for that week, we called the customer service number, they were not helpful at all, so we ended up not having wifi at all for the whole week. (Customer service people were nice and respectful but didnt do much) the sheets were stained (black stain) the water pressure in the shower is horrible, couldn't even wash my hair properly and its small, one person can barley fit in there.The pictures of the appartment are decieving, the pictures showed that we would have a bathroom, and when we arrived there the shower is literally in the room, so everyone can see you showering. There was no light in the apartment only in the room. The sofa bed was also super uncomfortable

Never received information on how to check in. Had to call a few times to be able to check in. Shower had no privacy. No curtain or door. The outside was very dirty. Entrance in to building was missing tiles , big mess, dirty.

The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. Nice full size refrigerator and gas stove. The shower area of the bathroom can use some work, as water gets everywhere. We also had to walk to a different location to pickup and drop off the keys for checkin and checkout. Overall nice stay.

We had the two bedroom 4 bed flat. It was a dirty and you could feel springs in the beds. Couches with stains and the floor carpets need replacing. No shower door. Location was ok. 10-15 min walk to main attractions and 10 mins from train.

Definitely don't book with Smartflats, for the following reasions. 1) I booked a property near where my meeting was. They changed the property location so I was across town and had to take two metro trains each time. 2) It's a real pain checking in as you have to send them scans of your passport, bank cards etc - a time sink; 3) When I got to the property the wifi didn't work. I spent an hour trying to sort it out, including in a chat with a staff person from Smartflats. It couldn't be fixed. The next day it still didn't work (i.e. they hadn't tried to fix it, or didn't care). A really bad experience overall. AVOID.

Way too expensive for what one gets

Loud, one hears people coming in and out. Also poorly insulated towards the outside. One also smells other guests' cooking very strongly. The apartment could also have been cleaner

J'avais déjà séjourné dans cette établissement mais cette fois ci j'ai du réclamer les codes d'accÚs le séjour de mon arrivée. En dehors de cela, j'étais satisfait, bien situé et bien équipé, de l'usure naturel pour un appartement loué mais rien de significatif.

Nous avions la chambre 002 au rez de chaussĂ©. Cela a posĂ© beaucoup de dĂ©sagrĂ©ments dĂ»s aux bruit incessant de la porte d’entrĂ©e qui claquait Ă  chaque fermeture. D’autant qu’un groupe ayant louĂ© plusieurs chambre est arrivĂ© le vendredi occasionnant des nuisances nocturnes ( cris , bruit, porte claquant): j’ai dĂ» intervenir pour faire la police ( ce type d’hĂ©bergement sans personnel prĂ©sent ne devrait pas accueillir des groupe de jeunes, puisque personne ne peut directement les canaliser). D’autre part, il manquait dans notre logement une recharge de gel douche, un torchon , un balai ( puisqu'on nous demande de le rendre dans un bon Ă©tat de propriĂ©tĂ©). Pas de liste du matĂ©riel mis Ă  dispisition.

Totalmente engañados (se pagó por otras condicion)

Se contratĂł un servicio y nos cambiaron las condiciones y la direcciĂłn del lugar dos veces. Incluso el Ășltimo cambio lo hicieron un dĂ­a antes de ingresar. Se contratĂł una propiedad para 5 personas, internet y lavadora. Y a la llegada nunca hubo internet ni lavadora, el lugar solo tenĂ­a 3 camas (2 individuales y 1 matrimonial) osea solo para 4 personas. Terrible no entiendo como Hoteles.com proporciona este tipo de lugar con administraciones que no cumplen lo que ofrecen. TenĂ­amos varios dĂ­as en Europa y por eso quisimos contratar un lugar con lavadora y el lugar a donde nos enviaron no tenĂ­a. AdemĂĄs el baño no drenaba bien, el agua de la tina no se iba y todos tuvimos que bañarnos con agua en posada, la cual empezĂł a salir despuĂ©s por debajo de la tina hacia el lavatorio.
