The condo was clean and decorated in classic Mexican style, with lots of tile and interesting artwork. The brick ceilings and stone decorations were amazing and nicer than pictured. The host, seemed quite busy and seemed to have difficulty handling some of our concerns, such as fixing the hot water heater. The real estate management was very helpful and available, making sure that we had new water and other supplies needed. The location was on a beautiful stretch of water, but the beach is very stony. New Palapas were just installed on a small stretch of sand, which would be helpful. The pool is clean and deep and water temperature was perfect.Probably my biggest criticism would be that the building in the back is very close to the road, and the sound of cars and trucks is loud and pervasive when in the apartment. When on the beach or by the pool, it feels very different and the road seems far away it is possible to walk to Bucerias, but navigating the beach is challenging due to numerous rocks. A taxi or Uber is inexpensive and takes about 10 minutes to get into the main area of Bucerías.
