The property was beautiful and the apartment was very large. We were travelling as a group of 4 adults and 5 children and found there was plenty of space. Pictures and location were accurate. We were welcomed with chips, guacamole, pico de gallo, margaritas, and lemonade - a very nice touch!Communication with management and maintenance throughout the trip was hit or miss. They were quick to resolve issues with hot water in the suite and helped coordinate car seat rentals. However, they were slow to provide us with laundry detergent and never fixed a lock that was missing on one of the windows into the hallway - a pretty significant safety concern. That said, they were always respectful and professional in their communications.There were a few areas of concern worth mentioning. The hot water to the unit turned off multiple times throughout our stay, requiring one of us to go find someone downstairs to turn it back on. The wifi was very slow - we couldn't send emails with attachments, send messages with videos, or stream anything. Finally, this building is not accessible at all. The lobby has a bit of a bizarre design where you have to walk down a flight of stairs as you enter and then up another to get to the main part of the building and elevators. Not great for carrying in luggage or for anyone with a stroller or accessibility issues.Overall it was a lovely stay and I would stay again - I'd brush up on my Spanish though as most staff on site did not speak English.
