We also offer our guests free use of our kayaks during your stay. And let's not forget the incredible view of the historic Buchanan Dam – you won't get enough of it!

You've got three separate dwellings perched high up on the lot, a fabulous boathouse with a stellar observation deck, cozy beach baths, and even a screened-in open-air canteen for those lazy afternoons. There’s a hot tub for relaxing under the stars, an outdoor volleyball court, and a game room that houses a pool table, shuffleboard, and foosball table, plus you'll find fun extras like horseshoe pits and disc golf, ensuring endless entertainment.

The main house is a showstopper with eight bedrooms and 12 beds, including 4 Kings upstairs and 8 Queens downstairs, plus 6 twin cots available upon request. With plenty of room to accommodate up to 30 guests, the house features large rooms and expansive decks, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Cooking for a crowd is a breeze with three fully equipped kitchens spread across the property. In the main house, you'll find a large, commercial-grade kitchen, perfect for preparing meals for a large group. Featuring two full-sized stainless steel fridge/freezer combos and plenty of cupboard space, you’ll have everything you need to keep snacks and ingredients within reach. The guest house and garage apartment each feature their own kitchens, giving your group the ultimate flexibility when it comes to meal prep and gathering together.

The single-story guest house includes one private bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional queen bed in the living room, allowing it to sleep up to 4 guests comfortably.

Please note that there are electrical plugs available under the gazebo for your convenience. We also have two picnic tables set up in the area. While there is a small space available for yoga, there is a larger area located above the boat area, which provides more room. Although there are no plugs at the top, you can easily run an extension cord from the bottom area if needed.

Parking:
You can park over by the garage (6-7 vehicles) and 5-6 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not park on street, on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.

There is a private boat ramp into the lake, so you can bring your own boats. We also offer free use of our kayaks, which are stored in the boathouse.
