This experience was terrible. The room had no hot water and the water that was coming out was brown. Apparently there was a broken pipe causing this issue however we were never told about it. Also the sofa bed is absolutely horrible.

We stayed two nights with my kids and had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the Lipscani old town area—very convenient for exploring Bucharest. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with plenty of food and drink options for everyone. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. When my daughter accidentally reset the safe-box code and locked it, I called the front desk and within 5 minutes, someone from IT came and fixed it quickly. Great service and overall a pleasant stay—would definitely recommend!

Too generic. Too pricey for what you get

The hotel was centrally located. The cleaners and the service was good especially the cleaning personnels. However the state of the hotel is. A lot to be desired of. The carpet is horribly stained. The Aircon can’t be changed even if it’s 41 degrees outside. The room is spacious but it’s unnecessary as the bed is too small for 2 person.

I tried to arrange transfer from the airport. Instead of messaging on Expedia the wanted to email. I responded to the request and thought I had booked it. When I got to the arrivals I called and they said I had not. Then I took taxi. He said I couldn’t pay with card and charged me $100 USD. HE RIPPED ME OFF

The hotel’s location is perfect! Downtown, close to cafes and restaurant and tourist spots. The staff was nice. It would have been nice to have some water in the room. There was a fridge, but no water or other drinks, not even for pay. We later found a water dispenser in the hallway, but no one had told us about it, even when we asked at the reception where we could get some water. We were sent to the nearest supermarket. The breakfast is really good, with a lot of options and very good food.
