Nice setting, we had high hopes. Unfortunately, air conditioning unit poured water all over lamp switch, freezing cold showers in the morning and a poor breakfast spoiled the stay. Could have been great which was disappointing

I stayed one night because I was attending a family event locally. The hotel is in the countryside and very quiet. Good pool and gym facilities. Staff were lovely and really helpful. The whole place had a lovely feel.

When we arrived, there was no remote for the TV and dispite a few attempts, one couldnt be found. Day 2 they brough a remote at 7am. The fridge didn't work which we told them about on departure as didnt want to keep moaning about things. Room was very clean but a bit of a lack of finish. Bed was gorgeous size and bedding was nice but mattress was quite hard. Would overall stay again but perhaps not more than one night.

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff

Very nice hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and room, great shower and bath with lovely smelling toiletries. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer supplied. Buffet breakfast of good standard and nice dining room. Spacious bar and lots of outside seating space. Had a meal from the bar one evening and the cajun salmon and herb rice was very good. The hotel does cater for weddings and big groups which didn't worry me but might some people. All in all, a lovely 2 night stay

Room was very small and no air conditioning. Humid. Carpet was stained.. Decorative cushions on bed were dark velvet which must be difficult to clean. They had to be put on the floor to use the bed. Tea making facilities good.. property was only easy to find because I knew where it was. Had a slightly dated feel. Reception staff pleasant.

Male staff by the dining area seemed so confused and the other one was so rude .. I got a wrong cocktail order 2 times and they don’t come to take your food order once you seat down you have to call them even then they take time while we were hungry ..they are not friendly at all while the ladies at reception were exceptional .people kept walking around in the night and hitting our door and kids shouting etc everyday for the 3 days me and my husband stayed there .I wouldn’t book this hotel even if I was strunded …
