I loved this hotel. Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Staff were awesome. Best breakfast of any hotel I stayed during my Europe trip. So close to Christmas markets!

D8 Hotel is a wonderful, affordable hotel. We felt perfectly safe walking in the area during the day and evening. I was pleasantly surprised by their complimentary breakfast which provides a variety of delicious foods. I recommend D8 Hotel and would stay here again.

Clean hotel, room was basic and small but had everything you need, and you have the option to request toiletries etc. Breakfast was very good with a very good choice although only one 2 slice toaster for the whole hotel! Good hotel in a great location for exploring, everything was at a walkable distance, could be a bit noisy outside but that was due to building next door, so I imagine not a permanent issue. Personally we found the hotel to be very warm. Would definitely use this hotel again if I was to return to Budapest.

The hotel is centrally located near attractions such as St Stephen's Basilica, the Ferris Wheel, the Christmas market, Váci Street, the Danube River, and the Chain Bridge. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay, though it would be nice to have more plant-based options. The staff were helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning.
