We had an excellent stay at Hampton by Hilton City Center Budapest! Everything was perfect, starting with the very clean room, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A big plus was the in-room safe, ideal for keeping our valuables secure, as well as the high-quality towels, always fresh and soft. We also appreciated the tea and coffee-making facilities available in the room. The housekeeping service was excellent, with our room being cleaned every single day of our stay and all towels replaced daily, which contributed greatly to our comfort. Another thoughtful detail was the bottle provided in the room, which we could fill with fresh water from the dispenser located in the hallway on our floor. This allowed us to always have clean drinking water at hand – a very convenient and eco-friendly touch. The staff was professional and friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, with no issues at all. Access to the upper floors was via an elevator that required scanning the room key card, which clearly added an extra sense of security and peace of mind during our stay. The hotel is located in a very clean, safe, and easily accessible area, with metro and bus stations nearby. There are plenty of dining options around – restaurants, terraces, and cafés – and even a Lidl supermarket just a short walk away. Hampton by Hilton was the perfect location. Wanted to travel to Visegrad Castle on 4 consecutive days, bus at the end of 2 blocks which took us to the Keleti railway station. Majority of attractions within walking distance or accessible via the underground. Stayed 8 days, staff were extremely helpful when asking questions about public transport

The hotel was very nice, with its lovely rooms and European vibes. The beds are comfortable, the shower has decent water pressure and the rooms are quiet. We had a family connecting room, very convenient access for the kids. Breakfast is great with several options and unlimited coffee!
