We loved our stay at the Hotel Moments Budapest. Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. Only issue was the pillows were not great. We would stay here again when returning to Budapest

Super as always!

It was my forth or fifth time in this lovely hotel. Not big, not small, friendly personal, best location, clean, comfortable and well organized. Very good breakfast. The free coffee/tea corner in the lobby is also very nice.

Lovely hotel

Excellent hotel, in central location, walked to all main tourist attractions. Reception staff very friendly and helpful with any enquiries. Bed was a bit hard with 2 single duvets but requested at reception for a mattress topper and double duvet and this was promptly provided with no issues at all. Rooms and all common areas spotlessly clean. Beautiful reception area with plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the complimentary hot drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day. Breakfast varied with plenty of hot/cold options, replenished frequently during busy times. My only complaint (and it’s not even that) was the hotel bar not currently open for business, at times thought it would be nice to relax after a long day with a G&T but no real problem had a free hot chocolate instead. Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel, highly recommend.

This property was a truly lovely experience, from the beautiful hotel to the friendly and helpful staff. We received some free upgrades that came automatically with our check in. The hotel is in the heart of all of the shopping and attractions on the Pest side of the city. With no shortage of bus stops and trains in easy walking distance, this location is a travelers dream. Oh and the Lebanese and Syrian restaurant at the hotel is a must!! Delicious!

Great Stay

The staff at this hotel is outstanding! They are professional, helpful, and friendly. Checking-in and checking-out was fast and efficient. The location was great for us. We walked everywhere and, since the hotel is centrally located, it made our sight seeing convenient. There is also a breakfast that, for us, was included in our booking. It’s real food and a wide selection. They even have sparkling wine available! If we were to return to Budapest, we will book our room at this property.

Probably the best hotel stay we have had, regarding the level of service. The front desk was amazing and helped us to navigate the city. They checked in with us frequently regarding our comfort. The location was perfect and was easy walking distance to many attractions.
